FEDMA Webinar – Data marketing and EU policies: What happens next?

FEDMA will be organizing a high-level webinar with MEP Axel Voss on 2 April from 14:00 to 15:00 CET, as we explore the future of data marketing and EU policies in the context of the upcoming European Elections.

The 2019-2024 term has seen a proliferation of regulatory developments impacting the Data and Marketing Industry, ranging from new online advertising transparency obligations, requirements for gatekeeper platforms, harmonised rules for Artificial Intelligence to cookie pledges, conditions for marketing green and financial products and services, etc.

What will be the main challenges and opportunities in implementing this broad set of new rules? What new EU legislation shall we expect in the next five years? Against the backdrop of FEDMA’s 2024-2029 Policy Priorities, EU policymakers ahead of the 2024 European elections will share their view on how EU policies will shape the Data and Marketing Industry.
