At FEDMA, we recognize the importance of fostering transparency, accountability, and trust in the development and use of artificial intelligence (AI) systems.

By informing users about the functionalities, data usage practices, and user oversight measures of AI systems, marketers can empower them to make well-informed decisions while enhancing personalization, efficiency, and engagement.

While it is not a legal requirement to provide an AI policy, we have chosen to adopt this proactive approach as part of our commitment to self-regulation and responsible AI practices. 

To support our industry, FEDMA developed in close collaboration with its members an AI Policy template to ensure that users, developers, and stakeholders are informed about the purpose of AI usage.
